Dear friends:
I'm extremely happy with what you've done for us. Please let me know what we need to do about Search Engines and related issues.
Also, please let me know if you'll be available to come to our meeting that I'm tentatively scheduling for Thursday, October 31, at 6 PM. This is tentative since I'm having difficulty getting a workable schedule for all the parties. So please let me know.

Thank you very much for everything!

Al Diallo

Dear Mr. Diallo,

It has been a pleasure working with you to create the Web Site for the Sprague Street Neighborhood Association.

Please be aware that the Web Site that we designed for you is still on our development server. I need to have your permission to place your Web Site on our "Live" server so that everyone else out there may view it and take advantage of its wealth of resources. Please let me know when we can place your new Web Site on our "Live" server.

Regarding the Search Engines; We can submit your Web Site to some of the popular Search Engines for free. Search Engine companies handle free submissions on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a waiting period of up to three months before a Web Site is indexed and made available for searching. As an alternative, we offer a paid submission service with access to many more Search Engines which begins indexing your Web Site within 30 days, and continues with automated submissions every 30 days for a year.
The cost for this service is $150.00 per year.

In either case I will need you to come up with a list of about 20 "Key Words" or short "Key Phrases" which you feel best describe the search terms that others interested in Neighborhood Associations or Neighborhood Association Web Sites would use to find your Web Site on the Internet. Once you have this list of "Key Words" or short "Key Phrases" please send them to me and I will add them to the Web Site. Then let me know if you want the free submission, or the paid monthly submissions.

Regarding the Meeting; We are not available on October 31. Our calendar for the first week in November is presently open.

Yours Truly,

Robert J. Butler III
